The bill (Reg. No. 7066) amends part 9 of clause 15 of the Law "On Traffic" to exclude the ticket to the driving license from the list of documents certifying the right to drive the vehicles of particular category. The bill also amends the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.
The Committee members stated that adoption of the bill would enhance the work of the State Motor Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the courts in respect of legal proceedings in the cases on violation of traffic rules, as well as strengthen the discipline of the traffic participants.
